Hello! My reference person(professor) have written this letter for me, but his English isn't good enough. Could you be so kind and check grammar the following letter. Maybe some phrases could be replaced by equivalent but more appropriate(sensible). I will be glad if you leave some comments and recommendations about it. Thank you!

I taught JOHNY for two years and I should note that he is one of the best students in my academic career at CITY University. He always attended my classes well prepared and took an active part in them. In workshops he demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the course material and found original solutions to complicated problems. His theoretical research of piezoelectric gyroscope has been recognized the best in his group. Having work experience as designer of integrated circuit, he represents comprehensive, hard-working and gifted student. I participated in conference in ANOTHER_CITY last year, so I realize that the education system in Europe differs from OUR_COUNTRY one. JOHNY received all the best that OUR_COUNTRY education system could give him. Thus, it will be very useful for him to study in Europe to combine the advantages of the both education systems and to complete his education in the best way.

JOHNY often shows leadership qualities in his group. He is articulate and many of his classmates seek his advice and support. Moreover the fact that JOHNY has his own point of view on different issues distinguishes him from other students. Sometimes he finds unusual way to solve task, proving that his method is more rational. For example, when I asked him to determine solution of the problem in my subject, he was using experience from other related theories, proved that suggested method is more appropriate for this one.

In order to keep abreast of world progress, CITY University cooperates with educational centers from USA and Western Europe. Thus scientists with international experience are always encouraged at CITY. Another point is that students achieve good results in progressive science areas such as nanotechnology and computer science. There is modern equipment in our laboratories, which are supervised by qualified staff. Therefore JOHNY's skills received in ANOTHER_COUNTRY would be used in the best way.

JOHNY always expresses the thoughts openly and fairly. Positive thinking allows him to be friendly and benevolent person with good sense of humor. At the same time I respect his high ambitions and independence of the arguments that motivate him to self-improvement.
