Topic: A healthy nation is a wealthy one

A nation is a country considered as a group of people with the same language, culture and history, who live in a particularly area under one government. The wealthiness of one nation depends on how that nation work ward and strive to live healthily. However, the essay will be based on how a healthy nation can become wealthy. It will outline the importance of being healthy and it impacts to the nation.

Healthy comes in two types, mentally and physically healthy. Being mentally healthy means a lot of things. It means following the laws laid by the government. If all citizens of a nation follow all the laws obediently, it will be much easier to get jobs done. For instance, police will not be stressed out and the government can spend more time on constructing better roads, buildings and other things beneficial to the nation. Thus, this will make the nation an enhanced place to live and everyone will be happy. Mentally healthy also means being optimistic, doing good things and showing a positive feeling about something. Traffic police always remind people to drive at a required speed to keep people safe. When a citizen is optimistic, he or she can drive at a required speed without a traffic police orders. This is because he or she expects good things to happen. By being optimistic you yourself stay happy and never fight with other people. When you are optimistic, people around you learn to be like you. Moreover, mentally healthy also means not taking or giving bribes from people to get jobs done. This will contribute to the wealth of the nation as people will not spend a lot of money on bribery.

On the other hand, physically healthy is mostly all about having a fit body, inside and out. Being physically healthy happens only when a person exercise regularly, eat healthy foods and keeping a hygiene. When a person is physically healthy, he or she can do lot of things that will contribute to the wealthiness of a nation. When a person is not physically healthy, he or she can get sick and spread that disease to other people. Thus, this decreases the wealthiness of a nation, due to the fact that those sick people take time off from work instead of working and increasing the wealthiness of a nation. Furthermore, when a person is physically healthy, work will be much easier since that person is in good health which enables him or her to do the work faster or easily.

Therefore it brings to conclusion that the wealthiness of the nation depends on the healthiness of that nation. A nation which experiences the two types of healthiness, both physically and mentally healthy will surely end up among the wealthiest nation. Being mentally and physically healthy requires great and hard work but in the end everything is worth it. Therefore, it is important for a nation to live physically and mentally healthy in order to become wealthy.
