After this summer I have to stay nine months in the alternative civilian service.

I will work then at the Knights Hospitallers first-aid post in the 18 district in . During this time I will learn many important things in our life about much different kind of people. I operate then as ambulance driver and also as helper for older fragile people. My brother Manuel worked also in this first-aid post three years ago. That’s the reason why I became a fix place at the post in September. After the year in the alternative civilian service I choose between the field of study engineering or economy. But I prefer the branch of study environmental technology. This technology occupied with solar, wind and water energies.

When I complete my study time I will work as developer in in the range of the solar panel research.



For example most family homes spend around a third of their energy budget on heating water for daily uses. All households in the world could save hundred of euros with solar power water heating per year.

Solar power is a good way to heat water and has been successful for close to 100 years now.

This is only one of hundred examples to save money with alternative energy.



The problem is nobody will pay the one off costs of thousand euros for solar panels.

I hope in the next years there will be more education places towards environmental technology, because I think it’s the only way to obviate a raw material war. In my opinion all countries in the world should spend more money in the deployment of environmental technology.
