How would you say this please?
Your baby will be about 2.5 kg. There is a + - 15% leeway.

Can you say it any other way? Leeway doesn't seem right and in the dictionary not used this way.

I think "leeway" is acceptable there, at least outside formal writing, but if you don't like it then use "uncertainty".
