Plurals of quotes

Hello! I'm writing a new blog post and I wondered, are the plurals of "firstly" and "secondly" indicated in the correct fashion? This is how it currently reads:

The structure of my writing in this post with "firstly"s and "secondly"s is one of the few things learnt from my degree that...

It just seems odd to me. I seem to want to put an apostrophe into them both but I can't really figure out why!
