Pluralizing words as words

Hello,

Would you deem the following examples as correct to denote the plural of words as words?

'was's, 'as's, 'is's, 'his's, 'and's, 'or's, 'but's, 'maybe's, 'whereas's, 'I love you's, 'to-do's, 'how-to's, 'thank-you's, etc. etc.

Many thanks.

To me, that's OK in informal English, but otherwise I'd avoid it by rewording. eg This sentence has three 'and's. ===> This sentence uses the word 'and' three times.
