Pluralized form of the word "beginning"(as in "beginning" as a starting point)

Is it even correct to say "We have done ....., and since THOSE humble beginnings , the company has started to grow."
I've never seen it used under such context. But of course I'm not sure.

Any advice please?THANKS!:)
