Pluralization

How do I refer to one home address and one foreign address when using the conjunction "and"?

Is it:

A. home and foreign address

B. home and foreign addresses

C. home address and foreign address

A could be interpreted as one entity. B could mean multiple of each instead of just one. C sounds repetitive to me.

Avoid repetition. Say eg a home address and a foreign one.

If someone says to me 'This is my home address', I understand.

But if someone says to me 'This is my foreign address', I'd have to ask what this means.
