Plural vs singular?

Hi, I have a quick question. Which of the following two sentences (if either) is correct? 1) I received As in all of my classes. 2) I receive an A in all of my classes. The first makes it sound like I received multiple As in each individual course. The second makes it sound like each course is sharing one grade. Thanks!
