What is the correct way to say "My parents' fiftieth wedding anniversary"? Is it correct to add the apostrophe after the "s", since the anniversary belongs to the parents?

I think " My parents' .... " or " My parents .... " are acceptable.

Same as " Company's name " or " Company name ".

With an apostrophe s just to show the possesiveness.

Sine you have 2 parents, the apostrophe belongs after the s. If you were talking about 1 parent (even if his/her name ends with an "s") you would have it be before the s.
