Plural or singular possessive?

Hi, I want to know if this sentence is written correctly?

Jane's and Mary's personalities are different.

I want to express that Jane and Mary have different personalities. Did I put the apostrophes in the right place, and should personalities be singular or plural?

Thank you for your help!
