Plural or singular

Hi teachers,

Could you correct the plural and singular usage in the following with 'change', 'date', and 'notification'?

If there's a change in the date, notification will be issued.
If there are changes in dates, notification will be issued.
If there's a change in the schedule, notifications will be issued.
