Plural or singular?

All the family gets up? or all the family get up?

When u mean "Family" as a whole, (as a collective Noun), in this case it is "Gets".

But when you mean all the family memebrs sperately, then you say "Get".

E.g. The Family is sitting at the table having dinner.
E.g. All the family are sitting at the table having inner. (all the family members)
