Plural or no plural

I'm confused about whether some words can have plural or not. For example: functionality. Although I have seen people using funtionalities (google search) but I can't find that in webster online. If I mean different functionalities in a program, why can't be plural? Maybe features should be the word used instead.
Also feedback can't be plural even though there could be multiple ones from different people.
Maybe my understanding was totally wrong on these 2 words. Is there a good resouce that lists all the confusing words that can't be used in plural?
THANKS a lot for the help,
cpliu

Both words can be plural. Many words, if they form their plurals in a regular way, do not have the plural forms listed.

Feedback can be in plural too? I was a corrected by a copywriter who has a MA in English. She said it can't be in plural. Maybe it's formal English.

It depends on how you were using the plural of "feedback".

"Feedback" is generally a mass noun, and would seldom be pluralised. The plural only becomes appropriate in narrow, technical usage.
For example, "We received many
