Plural of telling-off

Hi

Does the plural of telling-off exist in natural English? Telling-offs

Mother: How was your day at school, Nasir?

Nasir: Full of telling-offs. Every teacher rebuked me for one thing or another.

Thanks,

Tom

The plural exists, but in my view, and the view of several dictionaries I just consulted, it should be "tellings-off". However, Wiktionary (user-generated content) gives both.

In Canada, no kid would say 'rebuked'.

They'd say eg Every teacher yelled at me for one thing or another.
