Plural of surnames ending in s

Hello......... how do you correctly spell surnames that end in s..........

For example I want to title Christmas cards ....... The James

The Jameses

The James'

The James's

Which one ... if any is correct........... the surname is James

Why not "Happy Holidays from the James family"? If you want to sign "The Jameses" then use the es. Never, ever use an apostrophe to form a plural for noun.

Never, ever use an apostrophe to form a plural for noun. It's never book's or apple's or James' to mean more than one book, more than one apple, or more than one member of the James family.
