Plural of "Ms"

Hi!

Hoping someone can help me with this! I work for a law firm and of course I often send out letters addressed to other law firms and headed "Messrs ***". I am about to write a letter to a partnership of 3 women, and wished to address them as a plural of "Ms". Does such a term exist?
