Plural of "CAB" (Citizens Advice Bureau)

In England there is an organisation called the "Citizens Advice Bureau" (sic). This is used both for the organisation as a whole and for the individual bureaux which it operates. In England it is common to pluralise "bureau" as "bureaux".
The name is often abbreviated to "CAB". According to the organisation, the plural of "CAB" is "CABx". Are they right?

It is in the USA. Do you have CABx in the USA? If the British CAB organisation want to write CABx, who are you (and who am I) to say they shouldn't? Although I don't like "CABx".

[nq:1]It is in the USA. Do you have CABx in the USA? If the British CAB organisation want to write CABx, who are you (and who am I) to say they shouldn't? Although I don't like "CABx".[/nq]
I didn't say they shouldn't they can dop what they wish. There may be a couple correct ways to write the plura
