Plural abbreviation of pounds and ounces, feet and inches

weighed 10lbs 5ozs
a 10lb 5oz baby boy

stood 6ft 5ins tall
a 6ft 5in man

Should I just leave 'lb' and 'in' for the plural pronunciation and spelling of each, and eschew 'lbs', 'ozs' and 'ins'?

Thank you.
