plural

Hello,

"The ideology requires one to evaluate [position] and [method] constantly"
"The ideology requires one to evaluate one's [positions] and [methods] constantly."

Does the insertion of "one's" into the sentence require a change in the need to pluralize the nouns "position" and "method"?

Thank you.
