Plural ?

Which is correct: Enclosed is the Driver License or Enclosed is the Driver's License?

I've seen both "driver license" and "driver's license", but usually the second of these. driver's is not plural, by the way. It's possessive.

driver's is not plural, by the way. It's possessive.
