pluck a rose

Hi, teachers.
I learnt this: "to pluck a rose" means "to go to the bathroom".
And I want to know why. Does it come from a story?
Thank you very much.

It's not common among native English speakers. It might be an example of Indian English in which people say "pluck flowers" instead of the native pick flowers.

pluck in the sense of pick a flower is not unusual English.
It's the idiomatic meaning about going to the bathroom that is strange.
