Could you please take look at this paragraph? Is everything understandable? I am awere that this sentence is extremely long but I am not sure how can I divide it.
Considering that the respondent has suffered from physical and psychological violence caused by the applicant, as evidenced by the psychologist’s conclusion issued for the court, as well as considering the fact that the respondent and the child, Jimmy Smith, moved from Australia to Germany due to the violent actions of the applicant, and the child, Jimmy Smith, also suffered from psychological violence directed towards the respondent, and considering the fact that the child has close ties with the respondent and due to his age the child may not be separated from his mother, it is necessary to apply Article 15 of the Regulation in order to ensure the best interests of the child, if the Australian court would refuse to recognize Lis pendens principle or clause of jurisdiction, fixed by Article 8 of the Regulation and requested by the respondent. And I am not sure where to place the underlined part. The first part of the sentence from "Considering..." to "... "the child" should only be done in case the Australian court.... (everything that is underlined)
Please can you help me?
Thank you a lot!!
