It seems to me that this correction is missing the word "at" between "tomorrow" and "lunchtime."

Either that, or rephrase it:

My deadline is tomorrow. There are still dozens of invoices that I need to put in the system before lunch time tomorrow.

I don't know, I'm not an english major or anything. I'm going by what I've heard the most, not by any official grammar. I actually just found my way to this site through a search engine while looking for the correct pronunciation of the turntable company Technics. I've always said it with a short "i" sound, but a friend insists its a long "i" sound (as in techniques). I just got side tracked for a moment while reading posts, and I figured I'd give my two cents on the matter.
