Hi. Will someone pls review this? Is it natural?

John: I have been coming here for some weeks now, and to be honest then I don't see how this can help me, so I have decided that I won't be coming back.

Therapist: OK. I hear what you say. But still I think it would require a little more time to change anything. So I will recommend that you give it some extra thought and if you still feel the same way by next week then give me a call and let me know, OK?
