Hi,I want a correction if its needed in the sentence given below,"I am so gald to have your e-mail,its really sweet of you that you wrote me an e mail while you yourself were in the hospital."thanks

The use of 'myself' can be a bit tricky, depending on the syntax it is used in.

Your sentence sounds to me like 'I' am in hospital and 'you' are, too, Like we are both in hospital. I am in hospital and you yourself are, too.

To add the emphasis you want, I'd say something like it's sweet that you wrote to me while you were still/actually in hospital.
