pls make it proper quotation

Kindly find the attached report of Cement Transport Quotation for O.P.C which is required for Western Region in our station. As per O.P.C it takes much time to supply and the pries which we are giving before it’s not suitable, so I agreed only when the O.P.C Pries be extended to 10 slr.
So look after the above matter and do the needful for the approval
