Intellectual Property now days has been protected by many special organization all over the world. It has been recommended to use the law to organize the intellectual property and set up the rules to avoid any illegal ways could be happen. First of all, what does the Intellectual property mean? Intellectual Property contains intellectual work that produces innovations and inventions. Intellectual Property is very serious topic, that why the law put many rules and involved many organizations that focus on registering the members including their names, the country that they belong to, the type of the inventions and its year. That serious topic sometimes leads the one who use the illegal way such as, named the invention of others to him or invent things that someone did before, those things If they are discovered by investigators may leads the suspect to jail or pay a fine. There are three types of Intellectual property which are, patent, trademark, and copyright.
