00I am writing to apply for the scholarship granted by Hungarian Scholarship Board to take part in Hungarian language summer course. I am twenty-three year old student at the Warsaw School of Economics, where I am studying "Taxation and Financial Strategies of Enterprises" in my ninth semester. I possess good communicational and organizational skills and willingness to learn fast and make use of my skills and knowledge. 02br

00I possess a strong willingness to listen and learn from the experts. Therefore I would like to participate in Hungarian language course conducted by native speakers. I had opportunities to study foreign languages abroad, thus I understand the importance of day-to-day contact with native speakers and having chance to practice language skills in everyday situations. I trust that HSB will chose the course during which not only will I be taught by highly qualified tutors, I will also have opportunity to discover contemporary Hungary. 02br

00I had a chance to visit Budapest and I have been overwhelmed by the complexity of Hungarian history and diversity of Hungarian culture, not to mention Hungarian spicy cuisine. Budapest with its architecture and unique atmosphere is the most interesting and beautiful capital city in Central and Eastern Europe. Therefore I hope to receive a chance to discover Budapest and other interesting places in Hungary. I would like to learn more about contemporary Hungary as well as detailed information on traditional and historical background.In 2004 I participated in Israeli-Polish Dialog Forum. I took part in various lectures on Jewish history, meetings with Holocaust Survivors and discussions youth from Israel, Poland and other European countries. That experience has made me fascinated by 02br

00First-hand information on present economic situation in Hungary would be very interesting for me. Having chance to observe / discover business relations, social and economic changes after EU enlargement would be of great contribution to my professional experience. 02br
