00I am not sure whether the clause is used correctly. The idea is that the interest of USD10,000 is what has accrued by 20 Feb. 2006 and when the debtor actualy pays the debt, the interest he shall pay will exceed USD10000 because he will probably pay the debt after 20 Feb. 2006, so i said "for the time being". 02br
