Pls help to correct my sentece below, tq

Currently we have to absorb the cost of paying an overtime premium to employees that they have made every day as to fulfill the Government and Labor law. Based on the contract document, we shall absorb the overtime cost in their day rate on occasionally basis but not consistently daily overtime.
