Bless your heart, Stella, but I still do not understand. Unstaffing would mean dismissing one's employees-- I'm sure that is not what you mean. Also, I am not familiar with the abbreviation HQ-- what is that? And what is the little mark before HQ-- is it a typing mistake or does it mean feet?
