Hi again! Could you please tell me if I can use the word "locality" in the following context: "The localities (i.e. villages and towns) of this region are supplied with running water." My dictionaries do not mention if I can use it with the meaning of "settlement for people, like a town or a village". They only specify that it is a "place", "location" or even "a district within a city". Thank you very much again!
