Letter Writing
Pls help me to write a letter of disagreement of performance appraisal
My performance appraisal has been unfairly judged. I am asked to to develop strategic skill. But I believe i have applied the skill in my work, unfortunately she (the new boss) just unaware what i did. I am very disappointed about the unfair judgement. Please help me to protest the judgement.

Hello Smith, You need to try to write what you'd like to say to your boss if you were with her in person. Try to keep emotion and words like "unfair" out of it. Perhaps instead say that you think it was an inaccurate protrayal of what you've accomplished.
