Dear friends I recieved this letter from office that I applied for a MSc programme I have to convinced them my application is complete ..;could you pls help me

On 3 January 2006 the office for International Scholars and Students
received your application for the Erasmus Mundus Master of .......

Unfortunately your application file is incomplete. Your application
will only be taken into consideration if you complete your file as
soon as possible.

You can complete your file in the following manner:

1) Please send us notarised copies of your diploma of Bachelor of
Science in Agricultural Engineering from Tabriz University and the
transcript of records that goes with it. "Notarised" means that the
diploma and transcript of records have to be authenticated by an
official authority in your country of nationality (...) or your
country of residence (Belgium), by the educational institution that
issued them or by a local Belgian diplomatic office. You have only
sent us normal copies.

2) Please send us a TOEFL

3) In your application form you mentioned that you are a Belgian
resident on the basis of family reunion living in Wilrijk. Please send
us a copy of your ID-card and/or residence permit.

Many thanks for your message,about your requested documents :

1) I already applied for this programme last year but unfortunately I could not find any founding anyway I sent my original degree last year but this year i have just one original at the moment .Could I ask you if any possibility to find my document in office internatonal for my original if not I will send my original one as soon as possible.if you want you could contac with Dr.Borry who knows more about my application .

2) as I mentioned in my application form that 10 years of my education was in English (sencodary school and university) ,beside I attended lot of language courses.I found this would be exception in Erasmus Mundus Programme

3) My husband is studying here i am here because of him ,i don't study or either work.I will send you my belgium id-card via email.

Many thanks for your message. As to the requested documents :

1) I already applied for this programme last year, but unfortunately I could not find any founding. At any rate, I sent my original degree last year. Presently, I only have the original (You sent them your original degree last year yet you still have it?). Could I ask you whether it would be possible to find my document in the International Office? If not, I will send my original one as soon as possible. If you wish to, you could contact Dr. Borry, who knows more about my application .

2) As I mentioned in my application form, 10 years of my education was in English (secondary school and university). Besides, I've attended lot of language courses. I believed that I would be exempt from the TOEFL requirement.

3) I will send you my Belgian ID-card via email.

I have been asked for original degree, I still have one but if I send it I dont have any more to apply anywhere else just in case.

Also in my relpy to this letter in question 1) I wanted to say my original degree is in English it is not translated ,the document which I sent it to you it is copy of my original not copy of my translated document.
