pls help me to edit this letter

Dear All,

I already applied for an position and I also invited for an interview .but I havenot got any news regarding my application.2 months later my interviewing I went directly to the prof.XXX .she told me they will inform soon .unfortunately it is 4 months up to now , I am getting concern about it, this time I want to send her message rather than going her office.
