ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This report could not have been written without Miss Tan (Quantity Surveyor) and Miss Eng (Quantity Surveyor), who not only served as my senior but also encouraged and challenged me during training period. They never accepted less than my best efforts. A special thanks to Mr. Steven Chong Chee Kong (Manage), gave me a change to have a practical in his company. Thanks you! Without them, this report would not be completed as well as possible.

I would like to acknowledge to Mr. Tay(Supervisor) and Mr. Soon (Engineer) who shared their personal experience with me. And, thanks to other faculty members, Madam Chok (Account), Madam Leong (Admin Officer), and Madam Pang (Admin Clerk),

Finally, I would like to acknowledge and extend my heartfelt gratitude to my family. Words alone cannot express what I owe them for their encouragement and patient love, which enabled me to complete this report.
