Pls help me to check this essay. the topic is about government is providing free public transport to solve traffic congestion. you agree or disagree?

It is a matter of fact that traffic congestion is getting worse and worse. Thus, governments to solve this problem is providing free public transports in 24 hours per day and all seven days a week. I completely disagree with this way. In this essay, the reasons why this way would not be useful.

When free bikes and free cars are used widely, everyone will fight over them and vehicles participating in traffic will be more, lead to traffic congestion are worse. Moreover, they do not have to pay for that vehicles. For example, you are usually have to buy gasoline for your car but now, you do not have to pay for it anymore due to have free vehicles.

On the other hand, this free vehicles are not someone's own, people will not be look after them and high capability is they will be break down because have too much people use them. And would be waste if people do not use their vehicles. Government's money will be waste and useless. For instance, these cars when break down and do not repaired, they would be throw away to alternative these new cars. I think that it is so waste.

In conclusion, this solution is very reality but not useful. Could be drawn that government should be find the other way to reduce traffic congestion.
