Pls help me, its a little bit urgent

Hello, is there anyone who can help me? i m applying for study in usa for master of science in health education & promotion. i got M.B.,M.S. degree( bechalor of medicine & bechalor of surgery) , i have to submit a future plan( what i will do afer my study) for visa application. but i don;t know how to write it. Pls advice me, or give me some idea, really thanks. but i m quite urgent for that,
