My annual leave is completed on 4^th Sep 2008. Now I have some family problem and health problem . So kindly extern my leave up to 17^th Sep 2008.

I have confirm my travel to Kuwait for 18^th Sep 2008, Kuwait Airways arrivals on 07.55 A.M.



Please arrange airport Pick-up.

I have availed maternity leave for 3 months. i would request you to extend my leave for 30 days more, as with the advice of the doctor my joining is not favorable for baby at this time.

I am on maternity leaves from 6 months, my baby has not started taking any solids or formula milk, he is completely on motherfeed, he will be starting with other food post 6 months so I want to extend my leave for 3 months due to taking care of my child.
