This is the original: "Any amendent and addition in this contract must be made in writing and be signed by both parties this contract is subjected to incoterms 2000, made in english and 04 originals with the same valid each side keeps 02 of them or the signed faxed contract to carry out."
And this one's corrected by my teacher: "Any amendment and the addition in this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties this contract is subject to incoterms 2000, made for english and 04 originals with the same validity, each side keeps 02 of them or the signed and faxed contract to performance"
Is my teacher correct? English in contract language is so crazy
