Pls help me check this IELTS writing. government should encourage some businesses to move from cities to rural areas. does advantage outweigh the disadvantage ?

In the contemporary society, traffic congestion is caused by have so many people in cities lead to government's policy ask businesses to leave to villages. I accept that there are benefits and drawbacks of this policy. The pros and cons of businesses to leave to villages will be discussed in further details.

It is a vidence for advantage to some extent. Cities will be reduced traffic congestion, accommodation will be also increase and have more areas. When traffic problems is solved, not only people will go to work on time but also increase working productivity. For example, when you go to work on high hour, street jammed and danse, you feel stressed and reduce working productivity.

On the other extent, there is a main disadvantage lie in this solution. The main shortcoming is that there are many people is unemployed due to they can not transform their accommodation. As a result, businesses lack of staff, many of whom have no source of income because of unemployment. Nowadays, everyone getting a good job and a good salary level more and more difficult.

In conclusion, benefits in this solution outweigh the disadvantage. Undeniable, something is always both good and bad extents.
