Topic: The two maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourist facilities.
My writing task 1:
The two maps illustrate how an island changes after the construction of some tourist facilities.
It is clear that an island changed considerably after the construction, with the appearance of accommodations, restaurant, reception, pier, footpath, and vehicle track. Numberous facilities appeared.
In the west island, many accommodations were built. In addition, a reception was constructed which was near a restaurant. Vehical track ran around reception. Footpath were erected to connect accommodations. There was a construction of a pier. Furthermore, this pier was used for boat trips. Lastly, the tree in the island still remained. The beach became a place which tourist could swim. Nevertheless, the eastern area of the island was not properly used as before.
