The graph compares the number of questions that the Tourist Information Office was asked over a period of 6 months in 2011 in one city. There were three ways enquires received: in person, by letter/ email, and by telephone.
Overall, there was an increase in the number of enquires received in person and by making phone calls. In the same time, the number of enquires received by letter or mail showed an downward trend.
In January, there were about 420 enquires received in person which were the lowest way to raise questions. Meanwhile, the quantity of questions in form of letter and email, and by telephone were the second way and the highest way respectively. From January to May, the number of enquires received by letter/ email decreased to about 390 enquires. Between May and June, these enquires remained stable.
In comparision, the number of questions were asked face to face rose significantly, by approximately 1600 enquires. Meanwhile, enquires reveived by telephone decreased slightly in Febuary. From March to April, these enquires remain stable at 1000. Between April to June, these enquires by telephone had a considerable rise, at 1600 in June.
