PLS!!! Help me by checking my essay_ Thanks a lot

Topic 2: Some people think that governments should give financial support to creative artists such as painters and musicians. Others believe that creative artists should be funded by alternative sources. Discuss both views and give your own opinion

My essay:

People have differing views about the grant to develop the ability of creative artists. While it is often stated that funding from other sources, I would argue that creative artists can have more financial support from governments.

Alternative sources are not stable and sometimes, they don't have enough to fund for a long time, so it wastes of creative artists' time and abilities. In fact, varieties of alternative sources are public on the Internet. Nowadays, many television shows organize a great deal of competitions to search for candidates. Winners will have awards to help them develop their career. Unfortunately, after competitions, most winners have short reputation and awards are not enough to improve their ability for a long time. In Vietnam, many candidates who take part in a lot of famous television programs still have many difficulties to make their dream come true.

There are many reasons that lead me to believe that governments should have more grants for creative artists. Firstly, works of art contribute a great deal of country development. Many famous compositions attract a lot of interest from tourists. For example, in Da Nang city, the local government had grants to find talented architects who could have great designs to city architecture. Administration of Da Nang city is one of the best evidence which becomes a great place not only to work but also to check-in in the entrance. Secondly, it is widely known that creative artists feel encouraged to dedicate their abilities and talents for their country by governments financial support. They can stimulate the creative artist's creativity and imagination. Many talented students are willing to come back to their city because they have many interesting grants and opportunities to support their merit. If people have a lack of financial support from their country, they would be worry to develop and dedicate their abilities.

In conclusion, both alternative sources and governments financial support are important, but I believe that grants from governments are longer, more stable and can affect strongly to creative artists.
