Pls help me

Dear moderator, please correct my letter to my colleagues....

thank you....

Dear all,

Regarding your Annual Leave (AL) and Day Payment (DP) 2010, that should be all taken before March 2011; I would like to remind you that it’s the time to release about the half of yours. Fyi, S&M Dept. predicts that the hotel occupancy during the coming fasting month won't be high. So please prepare your schedule as soon as possible, especially the one during that period.

Please use Personnel Action Form (PAF) in order to avoid any data discrepancy between HRD's and your Department's and for other administrative purposes.

Thank you and best regards,

Vivy

Dear Alphecca,

Thank you very much for your help. For the first question mark, the answer is: yes, I do. Then for the second, what I mean is: besides avoiding any data discrepancy, using PAF is also useful for other administrative purposes.
