Pls correct sentence

Hi,

I quoted David of Fortune Medical Ex-factory price for the side-rails that had been given to me by PBC factory.

Please correct the sentence above. By quote, I mean sales quote. Is the sentence grammatically correct and native?

to David since he's the receiver?
