Pls correct my special case leave extension to my MD
Respected Sir,
This is with reference to my special case leave which has been approved from (01.02.07 to 31.01.2009).
Due to certain personnel reasons and also achieve more engineering related experience I wish to extend my special case leave. So I am kindly requesting you to grant me an extension up to 31.01.2011.
I would like to thank you very much for your support and inspiration you gave me in launching my career.
