This candidate had passed a preeliminary screening within the [organisation] held by the overseas scholarship selection team. Based on academic achievement (GPA) in previous university attended, english language ability (TOEFL or IELTS) and quality of essays regarding proposed study, the [organisation] nominates this candidate for higher education through ADS Scholarships program.
In addition to that, DGT only has very few persons whose educational background from master of tax. In the future DGT will have to deal with sophisticated tax avoidance practise. So reviewing and remaking of tax new tax system become more urgent to be done. DGT must keep its pace against this practise. In order for DGT to be able to deal with this challenge, [organisation] needs to prepare itself with reliable human resources. The candidate also attended special class during his study in Diploma IV State College Accountancy (official MOF accounting college) which used English as communicating language both written and spoken.
