Essay & Composition Writing

Pls. correct my grammar thanks.

I live in a very noisy neighborhood. The family next to my house sing karaoke until mid-night almost everyday and they usually turn the volume to the maximum level. Whenever they sing karaoke, I have to cover my ear with an earplug so that I can sleep. I was complaining with the police in the area several time but it is still the same. Furthermore, sometime I had been wake-up by the very loud music behind my house. It come from the garage of my neighborhood. He is a technician whom install the speakers into the car, and he normally do it at night.

If possible could you give me a conclusion too Emotion: smile ty.

Unless you have only one ear, then I would say "I have to put earplugs in my ears so that I can sleep". You could cover your ears "with" something like ear muffs that go on the outside, but earplugs, if that is what you mean, are pushed into the ear canal. "I complained several times to the police", use "to" rather than "with".

  • "I complained several times to the police", use "to" rather than "with".
  • You can talk "with" friends where there are two-way conversations, but complaining to police, the complaining is usually one-sided.
  • You would move "several times" to be nearer its verb "complained", so that one knows what the "several times" refers to.
